All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no indication as to the contents of your order. Packing documents are placed inside your package, not on the outside.
All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.
You can track the progress of your order at any stage using the online tracking reference number supplied with the email sent to confirm dispatch.
All Credit and Debit Card payments will be processed through Axcess and the name PST Trading will appear on your statement. There will be no indication as to the nature of your purchase.
If you spend £30 or more then you will receive Free Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
If you spend £40 or more you will be able to choose from a selection of Free Gifts.
