Twisted Miss treat all of our customers information with total confidentiality (we do however reserve the right to disclose this information only due to the reasons below). All customer information is stored on a secure server and we fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

SHOPPING ONLINE

When you shop at www.puresextoys.co.uk, you will be required to enter your information and we will collect this information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number and product selections. Your credit card or other payment information are taken by our payment processors Nochex and we never store any of this information. We may also collect information about your internet location (eg the URL you came from or IP address), the browser you use (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox etc), the different pages that you viewed on our website.

When you order with Twisted Miss you will create a shopping account online and you will be asked if you would like to receive information from Twisted Miss via our Newsletter. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, please ensure that you tick the appropriate boxes as you complete the registration process. Your Personal Information will NEVER be released to any individual or organisation outside of Twisted Miss for any reason. We do not pass on our customers information EVER.

Twisted Miss uses Cookies in order to keep track of your shopping session. This helps to personalise your shopping experience and is required for you to retrieve your shopping basket at any time. If for any reason you do not accept Cookies then unfortunately you will be unable to shop on our website.

PACKAGING

We always ensure that orders are packaged in the most discreet manner possible. All orders are sent in plain packaging. We use either plain jiffy envelopes or plain boxes and there is no indication as to the nature of your purchase. There will be a small return address label on the outside of the box which will not have our company name on.
